After insisting a lot, my husband convinced me to visit the Hampton Court Palace (http://www.hrp.org.uk/hamptoncourtpalace). I was feeling quite tired on the weekend, but he said it would be a great fun and then we decided to go.Originally constructed for a Cardinal, it was given to King Henry VIII in 1528. The Palace and its gardens are beautiful, and the food at the restaurant delicious. The adult ticket is £ 14.00. Will post more pictures.
